Our Price Promise

We offer a lowest price guarantee. If you book a hotel room with us and then find a lower price on the internet, subject to terms and conditions, we will refund you the difference.

Should you have a valid claim as per the conditions listed below, please email the following information to promise@alpharooms.com. N.B. We must be able to verify the alternative rate is both available and bookable online by another UK based online agency. 

  • Your booking reference with us
  • Name of hotel
  • Arrival date
  • Name of other website and price quoted

NB: Valid claims must be made within 24 hours of booking.

In the event the same room type in the same hotel for the same date is found at a lower price on another website your claim will then be investigated and if applicable we will issue you with a refund.

In order to claim a refund of the difference between the price agreed with AlphaRooms and the more competitive price the customer must satisfy the following:

  • The refund must be claimed within 24 hours of the time of booking and at least 72 hours prior to the date of the first night's stay.
  • AlphaRooms must be able to verify the alternative rate is both available and bookable online by another online retailer.
  • AlphaRooms fair and exhibition periods are excluded.
  • AlphaRooms must verify the claim to their reasonable satisfaction.
  • The claim must be based on a like for like comparison of the same type of room and occupancy in the same hotel, the same services as those offered by AlphaRooms (e.g. inclusive of service charges, taxes and breakfast) and be for the same dates as actually booked.
  • The accommodation at the lower price must be available immediately by an online booking to the customer. "On Request" rooms are excluded.
  • The accommodation at the lower price must not be a special offer price, discounted due to frequent flyer mileage credits, a promotional price or part of a package.
  • The accommodation at the lower price must be offered in the same currency as that of the booking with AlphaRooms
  • This Policy does not apply to bookings for groups of more than 5 rooms.
  • Only one claim can be made per person per month

We will review your request and contact you via e-mail within 2 business days. If you are eligible for a price refund we will credit the card used to make the booking.
